近日，由鑫海智橋承擔的青島研發中心連接泰國實驗室MES系統項目取得了客戶認可，圓滿完成系統上線任務！我司全體項目組成員在疫情嚴峻的當下遠赴泰國與客戶單位緊密配合，高效率、高質量、高標準地完成了各項任務。歷經7個多月的晝夜奮戰，順利完成了系統上線工作。在此祝賀依舊駐扎在泰國的項目組同事！

Recently, the MES System Project for Qingdao R&D Center Connected to Thailand Laboratory undertaken by ZQSOFT received client recognition and successfully completed the system launch. Despite the challenges of the pandemic, our project team traveled to Thailand and worked closely with the client to efficiently, effectively, and to the highest standards complete all tasks. After more than seven months of continuous effort, the system was successfully launched. Congratulations to the project team members still stationed in Thailand!

在今后幾個月內，MES系統將進行整體調試，并與一線員工完成磨合，達到現場業務流程與系統流程相匹配的預期目標。項目團隊將繼續與生產、質量、工藝、設備、IT等各相關部門做好配合工作，讓系統高效、穩定運行，為后續智能化生產提供充足的運營經驗，為生產管理改善提供可靠的知識、數據支撐，為整個生產體系的運營決策提供強大支持！

In the coming months, the MES system will undergo comprehensive debugging and alignment with frontline staff to ensure that site workflows match system processes. The project team will continue to collaborate with production, quality, process, equipment, IT, and other departments to ensure efficient and stable system operations. This will provide valuable operational experience for subsequent intelligent manufacturing, reliable knowledge and data support for production management improvements, and strong backing for decision-making across the production system.

ZQSOFT developed the MES/APS/AnyMES systems for SENTURY’s Thailand factory, achieving integrated management of SENTURY’s information network and process control network. The system seamlessly connected data across production, technical management, automated scheduling, quality tracking, warehousing, logistics, and sales operations, enabling bidirectional integration from the PCS level to the ERP system and eliminating information silos for unified production process control.
