        2.         生產全程數字化與質量追溯

系統覆蓋輪胎生產從原材料到成品的全流程數字化管理，并通過多語言界面（中文、英文、阿拉伯語），實現對關鍵數據的實時監控和全程可追溯，確保每一條輪胎的質量穩定。

Full Digitalization and Quality Traceability

The system provides end-to-end digital management from raw materials to finished tires. With a multi-language interface (Chinese, English, Arabic), it enables real-time monitoring of critical data and full traceability, ensuring consistent tire quality.

        3.         工藝與配方遠程管控

MES系統支持青島總部對摩洛哥工廠的遠程指揮，可實時下達生產計劃、配方調整等指令，確保工藝標準在不同區域間的同步實施。

Remote Control of Processes and Recipes

The MES system enables Qingdao headquarters to remotely oversee operations at the Morocco factory, allowing real-time production planning and recipe adjustments to ensure consistent process standards across regions.
